Scholarships: We never want the cost of our trips to inhibit a student from coming with us. If you would like to request financial assistance, please (1) register your son or daughter and click “pay offline” and then (2) fill out this scholarship form afterwards. Your information will be completely confidential. We require anyone who receives financial assistance to participate in our Fall Weekend Camp fundraiser this Fall.
Fundraising: Our camp fundraisers are offered to ALL students even if they are not applying for a scholarship. We will be doing a coffee fundraiser (selling Five and Hoek! ) where any profit goes directly to your child's camp balance. This is a great option if you want your child to personally contribute! Just share the link above with family and friends and a percentage would go towards your child's total.
HEALTH FORMS: There are 2 required forms for this trip. You can find both here: Polar Bear Health and Consent Forms. Please print out the forms & bring both completed forms to Drop-Off on December 6th.

Important Message on Behavior:
This year, we need your help in ensuring that students have an amazing Polar Bear weekend camp trip with Young Life. We want Young Life camps to be a place where students feel a sense of belonging and feel 100% safe so that they can engage with their peers and leaders over the weekend and have a positive camp experience. This means we do not tolerate vandalism to the property, harassment, or inappropriate jokes about race, gender, ethnicity, or ability. Unfortunately this behavior has become increasingly present on our camp trips in recent years, and we want to do everything we can to prevent negative behavior.
For this reason, we kindly ask for you to have a conversation with your child prior to the weekend to partner with us in setting these expectations. If these expectations are not met, there will be disciplinary action. In the case that your student requires disciplinary action and is sent home, you will be responsible for picking them up from Lake Geneva Youth Camp. Disciplinary incidents could also result in your student no longer being able to participate in future WyldLife & Young Life camp trips. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
