WHEN: July 28th to August 1st. 2024 [~7:30am on the 28th, returning home ~8pm on the 1st]

COST: $840, a deposit of $100 is required to hold your spot. Full Payment is due by Wednesday, July 24th. 

Refunds: Deposits are 100% refundable up until January 15th. After January 15th, we are responsible for $50 of that deposit to our camp property. Therefore, only $50 of your deposit is refundable after that date. If there is a student on the waitlist to take your child's spot, then we can refund the full $100. Important: Deposits are non-refundable starting in April 1st.

Scholarships: We never want the cost of our trips to inhibit a student from coming with us. If you would like to request financial assistance, please (1) register your son or daughter online (click offline payment) and then (2) fill out this scholarship form afterwards. Your information will be completely confidential. We require anyone who receives financial assistance to participate in our Summer Camp fundraisers this Winter/Spring.

Fundraising: Our camp fundraisers are offered to ALL students even if they are not applying for a scholarship. We will be doing a coffee fundraiser (selling Five & Hoek coffee) AND we will do mulch sales where any profit from either sale will go directly to your child’s balance. These are great options if you want your child to personally contribute! 

Spots: All first come, first serve! We will put in a request for more spots as needed, so please sign up even if you’re on the waitlist. You will not be charged until you make it to the list. 

Health Form Instructions:

You will be directed to create an account. **If you have already filled a health form out in our online system, you can log into the account you’ve already created, or click the forgot password link and the system will email your log in information to you.**

You can save your information and return to it later if you need. However, once the form is submitted, it is not editable.

Below is IMPORTANT information to enter when creating your child’s health form.  Please make sure these are selected correctly:

• Either copy a previous form by clicking this icon  to the right of that form or select "Create New Form"

IMPORTANT MESSAGE ON BEHAVIOR:

This year, we need your help in ensuring that students have an amazing camp trip with WyldLife. We want WyldLife camps to be a place where students feel a sense of belonging and feel 100% safe so that they can engage with their peers and leaders over the trip and have a positive camp experience. This means that we do not tolerate vandalism to the property, harassment, or inappropriate jokes about race, gender, ethnicity, or ability. 

For this reason, we kindly ask for you to have a conversation with your child prior to the trip to partner with us in setting these expectations. If these expectations are not met, there will be disciplinary action regarding your child’s ability to participate in future camp trips. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
