COST: $949, a deposit of $150 is required to hold your spot. Full payment is due by Friday, July 12th. 

Below you will find a detailed breakdown for the cost of our summer camp trip. As you can see, YL should be charging $983.33 per student. We have decided to go ahead and price camp at $949, as we are committed to making camp as affordable as possible with inflation and an increase in camp costs. Our staff is committed to fundraising the gap. 

Breakdown of Cost Per Student:

Camp Fee: $642

Leader Fee: $65.4

T-Shirt: $12

Bus: $235.29

Subtotal: $954.69

Credit Card Fee (3%): $28.64

Actual Total: $983.33

Wheaton YL Camp Cost: $949

Refunds: Deposits are 100% refundable up until January 15th. After January 15th, we are responsible for $50 of that deposit to our camp property. Therefore, only $100 of your deposit is refundable after that date. If there is a student on the waitlist to take your child's spot, then we can refund the full $150. Important: Deposits are non-refundable starting April 1st.

Scholarships: We never want the cost of our trips to inhibit a student from coming with us. If you would like to request financial assistance, please (1) register your son or daughter online (click offline payment) and then (2) fill out this scholarship form afterwards. Your information will be completely confidential. We require anyone who receives financial assistance to participate in our Summer Camp fundraisers this Winter/Spring.

Fundraising: Our camp fundraisers are offered to ALL students even if they are not applying for a scholarship. We will be doing a coffee fundraiser (selling Five & Hoek coffee) AND we will do mulch sales where any profit from either sale will go directly to your child’s balance. These are great options if you want your child to personally contribute! 

Spots: All first come, first serve! Please sign up even if you’re on the waitlist (waitlisted students have all gotten in eventually the last few years!). If a certain age group’s spots are not yet filled by January 4th, we will open up those spots to anyone on the waitlist.

You can save your information and return to it later if you need. However, once the form is submitted, it is not editable.
